QuoteDrive LLC ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed through the QuoteDrive service.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, login credentials.
- Business data: company name, services, pricing rules, quotes, jobs, customers you upload.
- Customer-submitted data: information your customers enter through your QuoteDrive widget (name, contact info, job description, photos).
- Support messages.
- Usage and device data: pages visited, actions taken, IP address, browser, device identifiers.
2. How we use it
- Provide and operate the service (contract performance).
- Authenticate accounts and prevent fraud or abuse (legitimate interest, legal obligation).
- Improve the product, including model quality (legitimate interest). Your business data is never shown to or used to train models for other businesses.
- Customer support (contract performance).
- Send transactional and, where you have opted in, marketing emails (consent / legitimate interest).
3. Who we share data with
- Service providers / subprocessors we use to run QuoteDrive: hosting, database, analytics, error monitoring, customer support tooling, and AI providers.
- Merchant of Record (Paddle.com Market Limited) for sale of subscriptions, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting).
- Authorities where required by law or to protect rights.
4. International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where transfers leave the UK/EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved safeguards.
5. Retention
We keep account and business data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted or anonymised, except where we must keep records for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
6. Your rights
Subject to your local law, you can access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the UK/EEA you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We respond to verified requests within one month.
7. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and limited analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
